Job Description

Customer Success Manager supporting GoodTime’s Small Business and Mid-Market customers. Driving adoption, retention, and expansions for AI-powered interview scheduling automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with Small Business and Mid-Market customers to support their recruiting operations
  • Make it easy for customers to love GoodTime and ensure customers feel heard and taken care of
  • Stand up success plans
  • Design and deliver EBRs/QBRs
  • Facilitate product adoption and enablement
  • Communicate customer needs to Product & Engineering teams
  • Collaborate to drive renewals and expansions
  • Build exceptional relationships and intimately understand customer processes and challenges to influence workflows
  • Build strong executive-level relationships to increase product adoption and customer sentiment and drive retention
  • Analyze customer product usage data to recommend features, settings, or modules
  • Build customer strategies and success playbooks and monitor results
  • Maintain expert technical and workflow understanding of the GoodTime product suite
  • Understand the talent acquisition industry to identify opportunities and connect customer challenges with solutions
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Travel approximately 10%

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or Customer Onboarding with complex software solutions
  • 3+ years of experience conducting QBRs
  • Recruiting, ATS and/or HR Technology is highly preferred
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated individual that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment that is capable and willing to wear multiple hats
  • Someone who finds solutions to problems without being given all the answers
  • Ability to effectively partner cross functionally with engineering, product, sales, marketing, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • No 3rd Party Agency/Recruiters will be considered
