Job Description

Customer Success Manager serving national clients for a diversity-focused staffing and business-growth firm. Coordinating consultant delivery, monitoring performance, and identifying account expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client contact after new opportunities are secured, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear expectations
  • Coordinate with recruiting and delivery teams to staff engagements accurately and on schedule
  • Keep clients informed about delivery progress, timelines, and changes
  • Escalate delivery risks early and drive them to resolution
  • Monitor consultant performance, attendance, and client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client and consultant check-ins to identify performance issues, engagement concerns, and scope creep
  • Partner with internal teams on coaching, replacement, or off-boarding decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of consultant performance and client feedback
  • Uncover new client needs, upcoming programs, and expansion opportunities
  • Translate client conversations into qualified leads for the VP of National Accounts and sales team
  • Track client business priorities, program cycles, and funding changes
  • Support account planning with day-to-day client intelligence
  • Connect the VP of National Accounts, recruiting, delivery, and account leadership
  • Provide account status updates and performance summaries to leadership
  • Flag risks, wins, and opportunities between sales and delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • 3+ years of client support or account management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategy
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Ability to communicate with others to exchange information
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers
  • Ability to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work
