Job Description
Customer Success Manager serving national clients for a diversity-focused staffing and business-growth firm. Coordinating consultant delivery, monitoring performance, and identifying account expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact after new opportunities are secured, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear expectations
- Coordinate with recruiting and delivery teams to staff engagements accurately and on schedule
- Keep clients informed about delivery progress, timelines, and changes
- Escalate delivery risks early and drive them to resolution
- Monitor consultant performance, attendance, and client satisfaction
- Conduct regular client and consultant check-ins to identify performance issues, engagement concerns, and scope creep
- Partner with internal teams on coaching, replacement, or off-boarding decisions
- Maintain accurate records of consultant performance and client feedback
- Uncover new client needs, upcoming programs, and expansion opportunities
- Translate client conversations into qualified leads for the VP of National Accounts and sales team
- Track client business priorities, program cycles, and funding changes
- Support account planning with day-to-day client intelligence
- Connect the VP of National Accounts, recruiting, delivery, and account leadership
- Provide account status updates and performance summaries to leadership
- Flag risks, wins, and opportunities between sales and delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- 3+ years of client support or account management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategy
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Ability to communicate with others to exchange information
- Ability to perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, or fingers
- Ability to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work
