Job Description

Customer Success Manager helping high-growth e-commerce brands achieve their goals through relationship building. Becoming a product expert and advocating for customers in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong relationships with high-growth, high-volume customers.
  • Helping customers navigate long-term solutions to their biggest roadblocks.
  • Expect to become a Rebuy product expert and understand its capabilities, limitations, and evolving feature set.
  • Acting as a liaison with internal teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to advocate for customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience with Shopify and familiarity with e-commerce applications and technology trends.
