Job Description

Customer Success Manager/in für Rex’ digitale Tierarztpraxen. Betreuung von Tierhalter:innen per Telefon, Email und Chat bis zur Terminbuchung sowie Mitgestaltung des Customer Contact Centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries in close cooperation with the practice teams
  • Supporting pet owners primarily by phone and additionally via email and chat
  • Creating an empathetic customer experience and communicating warmly
  • Responding to incoming concerns and proactively reaching out to pet owners
  • Guiding customers through to appointment booking
  • Informing pet owners about appropriate care options and assisting them in selecting suitable treatments
  • Contributing to optimal clinic utilization through active customer retention
  • Identifying recurring questions, potential improvements and causes of dissatisfaction
  • Bringing insights and ideas into projects to further develop the Customer Contact Center

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer communication, ideally in telephone-based customer support
  • Confident use of relevant software tools and processes, especially telephony systems and CRM
  • Prior training in veterinary medicine, e.g., Veterinary Medical Assistant (TFA)
  • Interest in medical topics and in understanding customer needs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal external supervision
  • Ability to actively engage and motivate customers to book appointments
  • Structured working style and ability to prioritize
  • Multitasking capability
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in German (C2) and English (C1)
  • Flexibility to work shifts Monday through Saturday, including morning and afternoon shifts
