Job Description
Customer Success Manager expanding No Isolation’s AV1 educational technology across German schools. Supporting educators, municipalities, and authorities in reducing school absenteeism.
Responsibilities:
- Build trusted partnerships with schools, municipal authorities, and education authorities in North Rhine-Westphalia
- Guide customers through the introduction and implementation of AV1
- Define success metrics and ensure customers realize the benefits of AV1
- Advise as a leading AV1 expert on best practices and change management
- Maximize AV1 acceptance and impact
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to engage school leaders and decision-makers in the education sector
- Identify opportunities to expand AV1 use in schools, school networks, municipal authorities, and regions
- Support strategic customer discussions
- Contribute practical insights to continuously improve support for schools
- Help schools reduce the impact of absenteeism and promote inclusive education
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the education sector
- Experience in teaching, school leadership, advisory roles, inclusion, or school development
- Ideally, experience in a leadership position
- Solid knowledge of the German education system, particularly regional structures, school authorities, and municipalities
- Experience collaborating with schools, municipalities, or education authorities at leadership level
- Ability to operate in both pedagogical and administrative contexts
- German at native or near-native level (C1/C2)
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for inclusive education
