Customer Success Manager ensuring customer satisfaction and product optimization for automotive sector. Focused on onboarding, development of use cases, and preventing churn through strategic analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer behavior and optimize product usage
  • Onboard new customers
  • Develop tailored implementation concepts
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to measure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
  • Industry knowledge in the automotive aftermarket or software
  • Analytical mindset
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10% of working time)
