Job Description
Customer Success Manager ensuring customer satisfaction and product optimization for automotive sector. Focused on onboarding, development of use cases, and preventing churn through strategic analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer behavior and optimize product usage
- Onboard new customers
- Develop tailored implementation concepts
- Maintain regular contact with customers to measure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- Industry knowledge in the automotive aftermarket or software
- Analytical mindset
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10% of working time)
