Job Description
Customer Success Specialist at Rove Lab, a Canadian furniture brand connecting customers and logistics. Ensuring smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer service in Taiwan.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between sales platforms and our 3PL warehouse team
- Ensure customer merchandise (CM) orders are fulfilled within the same day
- Coordinate swatch orders between internal teams and the 3PL warehouse
- Handle customer claims with empathy and professionalism
- Assess claim details, document insights, and determine appropriate resolutions
- Join occasional trips to the warehouse or showroom to assist with product testing or customer visits
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success, customer service, operations, or logistics coordination
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and external partners (sales platforms, 3PL teams)
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English is a strong plus
- Open to candidates with foreign or international backgrounds
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily operational tasks independently
