Job Description

Customer Success Specialist at H&W Publishing managing high-relevance client relationships. Leading strategies for client retention, growth, and performance monitoring in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead Customer Success strategies for national and international clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s key affiliates and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic clients.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and results for clients in the portfolio.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Technology teams to ensure correct implementation and updates of campaigns, materials, and links.
  • Work closely with BI, CRM, and Finance teams to align growth and acquisition strategies.
  • Continuously monitor the quality of traffic generated by partners, identifying patterns of low retention or potential fraud.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business and maximize results with clients.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client relationship roles.
  • Consistent track record of activating, retaining, and expanding client portfolios.
  • Availability for frequent travel to São Paulo for in-person meetings with strategic clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building and interpreting reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, client service, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile.
  • Ownership mentality and ability to operate in fast-growing, dynamic environments.
  • Advanced or fluent English, both written and spoken.
