Job Description
Customer Success Specialist at H&W Publishing managing high-relevance client relationships. Leading strategies for client retention, growth, and performance monitoring in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead Customer Success strategies for national and international clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s key affiliates and partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic clients.
- Monitor daily sales performance and results for clients in the portfolio.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technology teams to ensure correct implementation and updates of campaigns, materials, and links.
- Work closely with BI, CRM, and Finance teams to align growth and acquisition strategies.
- Continuously monitor the quality of traffic generated by partners, identifying patterns of low retention or potential fraud.
- Identify opportunities to expand business and maximize results with clients.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client relationship roles.
- Consistent track record of activating, retaining, and expanding client portfolios.
- Availability for frequent travel to São Paulo for in-person meetings with strategic clients.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building and interpreting reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication, client service, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile.
- Ownership mentality and ability to operate in fast-growing, dynamic environments.
- Advanced or fluent English, both written and spoken.
