Job Description

Customer Support Engineer servicing medical equipment, providing technical support and training in NSW - New England region for Philips' healthcare technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing medical equipment in the NSW - New England region
  • Managing and supporting technical escalations
  • Providing expert technical advice on maintenance and servicing of equipment
  • Collaborative work to provide exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering
  • Degree-level education or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering
  • Strong IT skills
  • Full AU drivers license and Australian working rights
  • Police checks during onboarding process
