Job Description
Customer Support Engineer servicing medical equipment, providing technical support and training in NSW - New England region for Philips' healthcare technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing medical equipment in the NSW - New England region
- Managing and supporting technical escalations
- Providing expert technical advice on maintenance and servicing of equipment
- Collaborative work to provide exceptional service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering
- Degree-level education or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering
- Strong IT skills
- Full AU drivers license and Australian working rights
- Police checks during onboarding process
