Job Description

Support Engineer managing customer interactions by providing exceptional support for engineering tasks. Working with a global leader in CN-based chemicals for diverse sectors from mining to agriculture.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage customer interactions by providing exceptional support
  • Assist with in-house engineering tasks related to product, process, and software enhancements
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Deliver presentations, generate reports, and perform data analysis to drive improvement
  • Provide technical support to clients and assist with calibration and performance management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or Mechatronic Engineering (B.Eng)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic fault diagnosis and system improvements
  • Software development experience (Python, Pascal, or C)
  • Proficiency in Linux operating systems and Bash scripting
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and ideally English
  • Availability for international travel (up to 50% of working days annually)
