Job Description
Customer Support Intern supporting Prezi customers in a remote environment. Handling queries and collaborating with the support team to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle L1 customer queries with a primary focus on payment-related issues.
- Build a bridge between Prezi and its users, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to contribute towards improving workflows and customer experiences.
- Learn from experienced professionals and grow your knowledge in essential customer support tools and methods.
Requirements:
- Students with availability to work 20–30 hours per week.
- Fluent English speakers (bonus points for additional language skills!).
- Tech-savvy individuals who are comfortable navigating Windows, Mac, and Google Suite tools.
- Problem-solvers with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Team players with excellent communication skills who can work independently as well.
