Job Description

Customer Support Officer providing financial customer service via live chat and email for LATAM markets. Collaborating with different departments and assisting clients with financial inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Introduce financial products and services.
  • Provide advanced financial customer service.
  • Work with other departments as required.
  • Contribute to teamwork to achieve goals.
  • Consult with appropriate specialist staff as required.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the manager.
  • Offer guidance and troubleshooting support to assist clients.
  • Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high-level service is provided.
  • Identify areas for improvement and share suggestions and feedback with the team.
  • Work with other departments as required - change to Cooperate effectively with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Business related degree and experience
  • Customer service/support experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Customer service/support experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish and Portuguese and English language is a must
  • Flexible shift rotation is a must. (08:00 – 17:00/12:00 – 21:00/15:00 – 00:00)
  • Ability to multitask and highly adaptable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer literacy
