Remote Customer Support Representative assisting Dinotech's clients through email and live chat. Collaborating in a dynamic international team to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email and live chat
  • Utilizing internal tools to address and take ownership of customer concerns
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex queries
  • Working closely with our diverse international team

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written communication skills in English
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a remote setting

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • A willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Experience with Customer Service and Responsible Gaming processes and tools (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry (preferred)
