Job Description

Freelancer in telephone customer service for senior care inquiries, engaging with potential clients and providing support via phone. Documenting conversations and maintaining communication within specified time slots.

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone outreach to prospects for 24-hour care
  • Identifying needs, conducting trust-based conversations, and focusing on closing
  • Documenting conversations
  • Working hours on weekdays from 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–19:00
