Job Description
Customer Support Representative handling inquiries from Turkish customers via chat and email. Providing high-quality service and assistance to customers in the Turkish market.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service to customers;
- Respond via live chat and email;
- Assist customers with complaints and inquiries;
- Inform customers about our website;
- (All training will be provided.)
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken Turkish;
- Proficiency in English (an additional advantage);
- Experience in customer service;
- Positive attitude, conscientious, hardworking, detail-oriented, and self-organized;
- Flexibility in working hours and days (shift work).
