Job Description

Customer Support Representative at Auto Glass Now providing timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email. Handling customer orders, complaints, and service applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email
  • Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service
  • Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Entry level job with little or no prior relevant work experience
  • Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
