Job Description
Customer Support Representative handling customer inquiries and deliveries for Lylu Wear. Supporting distribution operations remotely from Texas with strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with distribution and warehouse teams.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Update order status in internal systems.
- Ensure clear and timely customer communication.
Requirements:
- Previous customer support experience preferred.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM or support tools.
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset.
- Must be currently based in Texas.
