Job Description

DACH Regional Director responsible for scaling DPO-ONE’s market presence and product development in the DACH region. Leveraging legal networks to drive customer acquisition and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position DPO-ONE as a leading privacy compliance solution in the DACH region, with a strong focus on the legal sector.
  • Leverage and expand your established network of law firms in the DACH region to drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and long-term relationships.
  • Lead regional market entry initiatives, acquire new customers, and deepen existing relationships in close alignment with central sales and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the SaaS solution continues to meet the needs of lawyers and compliance-driven organizations in German-speaking markets.
  • Represent DPO-ONE across the DACH region and build strong partnerships within relevant sectors.
  • Ensure the achievement of regional targets and contribute to a solid overall financial foundation.

Requirements:

  • Proven, existing network within law firms in the DACH region (mandatory), ideally with decision-makers or senior partners, and the ability to actively leverage this network for business growth.
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully leading or scaling companies, business units, or regions.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and developing profitable products.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and embrace innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Affinity with privacy legislation, GDPR, and compliance is a strong plus.
