Job Description

Director overseeing client advisory services and enterprise-level solutions at Huron Consulting Group. Leading client delivery, building relationships, and driving strategic growth for organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development integrated solutions across the enterprise, identify and drive enterprise-level issues and risks
  • Client delivery, serving in multiple client roles (Program Manager, Project Manager, Process & Change Leader)
  • Identify and drive new sales opportunities, develop relationships, and sell work into existing accounts
  • Development and delivery of solutions across an enterprise, managing program-level risks and driving program level issue resolution
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for the client, bring detailed expertise in specific business or technology areas
  • Build and maintain new executive relationships outside current clients
  • Support strategic marketing, recruiting, sales, and delivery initiatives within the practice

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
  • 10+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing program level engagements with multiple workstreams and client stakeholders
  • Ability to estimate complex programs/projects – from a solution, resource needs, and budget perspective
  • Experience with leading and responding to RFP’s and selling and delivering consulting projects
  • High energy and highly collaborative
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism
  • Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
  • Background in Consulting Services, particularly in Big 4 is desirable
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
