Job Description

Delivery Consultant II leading Health & Benefits Administration implementations. Collaborating across teams to deliver high quality solutions and support operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading end to end requirements definition, documentation, and validation for complex implementations.
  • Developing and executing advanced data conversion strategies, including data analysis and issue resolution.
  • Consulting with clients on plan administration best practices and system capabilities.
  • Identifying optimization opportunities in plan setup, administrative processes, and delivery approach.
  • Coordinating work across cross functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Leading internal, client, and vendor testing for complex functionality.
  • Maintaining high quality requirements documentation aligned to implementation and ongoing needs.
  • Resolving complex configuration and administrative issues through deep analysis.
  • Leading effective handoff, knowledge transfer, and training to ongoing operations teams.
  • Mentoring and supporting team members to improve quality, efficiency, and consulting capability.

Requirements:

  • Possess advanced requirements analysis and documentation skills.
  • Possess analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Possess ability to consult with clients and influence solution decisions.
  • Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Demonstrate proven time management and prioritization skills to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Travel occasionally up to 10%.
