Job Description
Delivery Consultant II leading Health & Benefits Administration implementations. Collaborating across teams to deliver high quality solutions and support operations.
Responsibilities:
- Leading end to end requirements definition, documentation, and validation for complex implementations.
- Developing and executing advanced data conversion strategies, including data analysis and issue resolution.
- Consulting with clients on plan administration best practices and system capabilities.
- Identifying optimization opportunities in plan setup, administrative processes, and delivery approach.
- Coordinating work across cross functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Leading internal, client, and vendor testing for complex functionality.
- Maintaining high quality requirements documentation aligned to implementation and ongoing needs.
- Resolving complex configuration and administrative issues through deep analysis.
- Leading effective handoff, knowledge transfer, and training to ongoing operations teams.
- Mentoring and supporting team members to improve quality, efficiency, and consulting capability.
Requirements:
- Possess advanced requirements analysis and documentation skills.
- Possess analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Possess ability to consult with clients and influence solution decisions.
- Have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrate proven time management and prioritization skills to consistently meet deadlines.
- Travel occasionally up to 10%.
