Job Description

Competitive Market Solutions Senior Consultant providing complex business intelligence, sales support, and competitive analysis at Lincoln Financial. Collaborating across key business areas to drive sales and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains productive relationships with internal partners, external sales management, and customers in order to significantly capture sales and market share.
  • Creates complex narratives & models to support sales concept deliverables.
  • Creates, implements, and facilitates training on advanced sales concepts.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for advisors and key stakeholders to provide value-added strategies to increase client business.
  • Provides training to Lincoln producers & wholesalers to promote Lincoln’s product strategy as well as the financial advantages of Lincoln products over industry competitors.
  • Develops field intelligence and competitor information to product manufacturing and other LFD constituents to support complex initiatives across LFG to maintain or enhance product competitiveness.
  • Compiles complex market information into strategic intelligence to drive business decisions that impact the enterprise.
  • Designs and delivers strategies and programs with Marketing to provide solutions to the development of sales and marketing campaigns supporting sales concepts for all distribution channels.
  • Provides strategic consultation on complex market information into strategic intelligence to drive business decisions that impact the enterprise.

Requirements:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 5 – 7+ Years of experience in financial services sales and/or marketing with a focus on life insurance that directly aligns with specific responsibilities for this position (Required)
  • Travel Type: Regional Domestic Travel Amount: up to 25%
