Job Description
Workday Applications Consultant leading IT initiatives for Trinity Health. Collaborating with various teams to align with business needs and improve operational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform leadership advisory role assisting System Office, HM and TIS management teams
- Configure and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Talent
- Lead and support Workday projects from end-to-end
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Recruiting and IT teams to understand business needs
- Validate impact of issues identified by TIS and site personnel
- Provide leadership direction for application integration decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare or related field
- Minimum of six (6) to seven (7) years Information Technology experience
- 5+ years in application analysis and solution development
- Strong understanding of Healthcare Acute and Ambulatory environments
- Experience with Healthcare financial systems
