Job Description
Delivery Solutions Architect empowering customers and partners to build AI-driven conversational experiences. Leading design of virtual assistants and serving as a subject matter expert in conversational design.
Responsibilities:
- Empower and support customers and partners to build exceptional AI-driven conversational experiences
- Lead the design of virtual assistants and user journeys
- Support onboarding and solution delivery
- Serve as a subject matter expert in conversational design
Requirements:
- 3+ years conversation/UX design
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in multimodal user experience
- Understanding of NLU/NLP concepts
- Understanding of Large-Language-Models and prompting
