Job Description
Implement financial solutions for RealPage clients as a Financial Solutions Consultant II. Collaborate with clients and internal teams for system configuration and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation activities for financial and commercial solutions.
- Partner with clients to gather and translate business and financial requirements into system configurations.
- Configure and support financial systems, integrations, and product setups.
- Analyze financial workflows and reporting needs to ensure accurate system alignment.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and engineering teams to execute implementations.
- Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Deliver client training and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement within financial workflows.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivery expectations.
Requirements:
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices and financial reporting.
- Intermediate knowledge of fintech products, systems, or integrations.
- Experience in financial operations, accounting, financial analysis, or related field.
- Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or system configurations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
