Job Description
ProServe Solutions Engineer at SewerAI managing customer engagements and data migrations. Collaborating closely with clients in sewer inspection technology to deliver validated outcomes and technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full engagement lifecycle — from technical discovery through scoping, ETL execution, and delivery — as the single accountable owner on each customer account.
- Run discovery and intake calls with city operations and IT teams; produce Scoping Summaries that translate field realities into clear technical requirements.
- Lead weekly customer check-ins, keeping engagements on track and resolving issues before they escalate.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for your accounts, building trusted relationships with utility and contractor stakeholders.
- Execute legacy data migrations into Pioneer, validating inspection data quality at each stage of the process.
- Stand up and configure CMMS integrations (Cityworks, Cartegraph) against the SewerAI API.
- Use AI-assisted tooling and the ProServe CLI/SDK to script, map, and transform customer data — with support from Engineering where needed.
- Build reusable scripts and patterns over time that make the next engagement faster and more consistent.
- Apply NASSCO coding standards (PACP/LACP/MACP) to validate inspection data submitted by customers prior to migration.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues — coding errors, format mismatches, incomplete submittals — in collaboration with the customer and internal teams.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engagement activity, data decisions, and delivery outcomes.
- Partner with Technical Account Managers, Product, and Engineering to surface customer feedback, flag data edge cases, and continuously improve the ProServe delivery process.
Requirements:
- Hands-on field experience in sewer or wastewater inspection (CCTV, SSES, or similar programs).
- Direct experience with inspection data and submittals — coding, QAQC, exports, or data management — for a contractor, utility, or engineering firm.
- Fluency with NASSCO standards; PACP/LACP/MACP certification preferred, or the background to certify quickly.
- Nice to have: prior contractor, utility, or engineering-consulting background; any exposure to scripting, SQL, or data tooling, even at a hobby level.
Benefits:
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, 401(k), and more
- Unlimited PTO
- Tools and resources to support success
- Competitive compensation with high-growth potential
