Job Description

Regional Project Solutions Manager overseeing high performing construction teams for SBD in Central U.S. Managing projects from planning to completion with a focus on customer satisfaction and growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SBD’s involvement in large-scale construction projects from pre-construction planning to project closeout
  • Mentor, develop, and manage a team of Project Solution Managers
  • Establish and manage sales targets and forecasts, devising strategies to achieve double-digit growth
  • Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans for assigned projects
  • Identify new opportunities for SBD to add value and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership on project metrics
  • Leverage critical business systems to track opportunities and report on performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or construction project management
  • 3+ years of direct managerial experience leading teams preferred
  • OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SAP, Salesforce.com
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 60%
