Job Description
Department head leading a 200-member remote call center team, ensuring service standards and business outcomes in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Line management of up to 200 employees working remotely (home office)
- You motivate and develop your team leaders and employees to deliver top performance
- Manage day-to-day operations with responsibility for the revenue/results of your department
- Accountable for meeting defined service KPIs
- Serve as a direct point of contact for our business clients
- Work closely with senior management
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training and/or a university degree
- Solid experience in team leadership
- Several years of operational experience in a call center
- Sales- and customer-oriented mindset and approach
- Goal- and results-oriented working style
- High social competence and emotional intelligence
