Job Description

Department head leading a 200-member remote call center team, ensuring service standards and business outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Line management of up to 200 employees working remotely (home office)
  • You motivate and develop your team leaders and employees to deliver top performance
  • Manage day-to-day operations with responsibility for the revenue/results of your department
  • Accountable for meeting defined service KPIs
  • Serve as a direct point of contact for our business clients
  • Work closely with senior management

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial vocational training and/or a university degree
  • Solid experience in team leadership
  • Several years of operational experience in a call center
  • Sales- and customer-oriented mindset and approach
  • Goal- and results-oriented working style
  • High social competence and emotional intelligence
