Job Description

Designer producing high-volume digital creative for Thrive Digital, a full-funnel marketing agency. Executing brand and performance campaigns across channels with UI/UX and conversion-focused design.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and produce high volumes of creative deliverables across digital channels under direction from design leads
  • Align creative deliverables with creative briefs, brand standards, and project objectives
  • Assist creative leads with research, auditing, production execution, and preparation of client deliverables
  • Participate in collaborative efforts within the Creative department and cross-functionally
  • Contribute to all aspects of the creative process and build technical expertise through mentorship
  • Develop understanding of how creative services contribute to the agency offering and client results
  • Onboard into creative projects and learn the company’s mission, values, processes, services, and products
  • Produce initial client deliverables within the first 60 days
  • Become an integrated Creative team contributor producing performance-focused creative within the first 90 days

Requirements:

  • Portfolio showcasing digital marketing campaign work across different brands, with supporting results and insights
  • Experience translating brand standards and guidelines into creative executions across multiple digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Production process enabling efficient management and production of large volumes of deliverables with concurrent deadlines
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in design principles, including hierarchy, visual balance, photography, illustrations, typography, and composition
  • Expert layout skills for communicating and simplifying complex concepts
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Openness to learning, growing, and developing creative skills
  • Experience with UI/UX and designing high-converting landing pages
  • Understanding of how layout, hierarchy, and messaging placement affect conversion
  • Must already be eligible to work in Canada; Thrive does not provide visa sponsorship
