Job Description

Desktop Support Technician managing IT support for international clients. Hands-on, technical role with focus on end-user environments and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support workstation deployments and end-user environments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding and system upgrades
  • Work with tools such as Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and ticketing systems
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
  • Experience with Windows and macOS
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset (you go beyond basic fixes)
  • English level B2+ or C1 (required)
  • Organized, proactive, and client-focused
  • MSP experience (Nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, or SIEM platforms (Nice to have)
