Job Description
Analista de Atendimento Técnico apoiando programas oncológicos da Funcional Health Tech. Visitando instituições, treinando enfermeiras e monitorando pacientes e eventos adversos.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits and organize campaigns at client-designated institutions, in accordance with the program scope and visit itinerary
- Map and report the entire program process
- Train oncology nurses in the treatment and prevention of radiodermatitis
- Counsel patients, where permitted by the institution
- Administer questionnaires before and after radiotherapy sessions and monitor case progress, where permitted by the institution
- Identify, register, and report adverse events and reportable situations to the Pharmacovigilance team
- Record visits in the system
- Prepare expense reports
- Refer patients to the program’s customer service center
- Complete registrations in accordance with project guidelines
- Support the sales force in initiatives aimed at implementing treatment protocols using the client’s product at visited institutions
- Perform activities as planned for each institution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN)
- Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
- Public health education
- Health promotion

- Specialization or experience in oncology services preferred
