Job Description
Senior Digital Business Analyst acting as an interface between stakeholders for the European e-Justice Portal. Supporting strategic work-streams and documenting digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to user feedback related to digital justice solutions
- Analyse and present data related to the digitalisation of justice across EU Member States
- Produce summaries, reports, and publishable content for the European e-Justice Portal
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on digital justice initiatives
- Identify, analyse, and formalise stakeholder needs and requirements
- Participate in coordination meetings with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience in digital business analysis and IT product management
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and drafting skills
- Ability to handle complex information from legal, policy, and technical domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on quality and results
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment
- French: considered an asset
