Job Description
Senior Business Analyst in HR Integration acting as an internal consultant for healthcare value-based arrangements. Synthesizing complex data and providing actionable insights for executive clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal consultant providing recommendations to regional and system executive clients.
- Synthesize complex value-based care performance results into understandable outputs.
- Develop strategic insights into readiness for adoption of additional risk.
- Gain actionable insights from internal tools and other population health sources.
- Ensure successful completion of service level agreements and OKRs within the team's performance management structure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers.
- 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data.
- 2 years of experience writing complex SQL queries (preferred).
- 2 years of Management consulting or technical consulting experience (preferred).
