Job Description
Associate Director/Director at Quartile developing best-in-class advertising strategies for TikTok Shop. Leading a team and driving measurable growth for clients' TikTok channel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop client strategies: Create and own best practices for running TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop affiliate promotions that meet clients' growth and profitability objectives
- Drive execution: Translate strategies and best practices into scalable processes and actionable playbooks for the TikTok Strategist team, ensuring consistent adoption and continuous optimization
- Build and lead a team: Hire, develop, and lead a team of TikTok Strategists to serve as subject matter experts, partnering closely with Customer Success Managers to advise on client strategy and performance
- Enable the broader organization: Partner with the Center of Excellence and Customer Success leadership to train client-facing teams on TikTok best practices, playbooks, and performance frameworks
- Drive innovation: Build systematic experimentation processes to continuously test new techniques and strategies as both Quartile's platform and TikTok evolve
- Align across functions: Serve as the internal TikTok "quarterback," collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to implement strategies and deliver client results
- Influence the product roadmap: Surface consistent feedback to Product, helping define and prioritize features and capabilities that support TikTok channel performance
- Continually stay current: Keep up with TikTok platform updates, industry trends, and emerging social commerce best practices, bringing new ideas to the team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant leadership experience in Account Management, Ad Operations, Client Services, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads (GMV Max, Catalog Ads, etc.) and TikTok Shop affiliate promotions
- Proven people management experience leading account managers, advertising specialists, or similar client-facing teams
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional projects to completion across geographies and business units
- Strong communication skills — able to translate complex strategy into clear, actionable direction for both internal teams and clients
- English proficiency required — must be able to speak and write in the language fluently.
