Job Description
Director of Clinical Physical Therapy leading physical therapy services within a worker's compensation setting. Responsible for managing teams and ensuring compliance in a healthcare-focused company.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead and oversee the delivery of physical therapy rehabilitation services
- Directing a team of licensed physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and support staff
- Ensuring clinical quality and regulatory compliance
- Managing operational workflows
- Serving as the primary liaison between clinical, payer, and employer stakeholders
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted state Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 5–7 years of clinical physical therapy experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience in program development and creation
- Demonstrated experience managing workers compensation cases and coordinating with employers, adjusters, and case managers
