Job Description

IT Solutions Director responsible for driving digital transformation by overseeing IT solutions and platforms globally. Leading technology enablement with a focus on artificial intelligence and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and communicate the strategic roadmap for IT solution selection, implementation, and lifecycle management
  • Define and execute technology enablement strategies as part of the IT operating model transformation
  • Lead enterprise-wide technology enablement initiatives, infusing artificial intelligence and automation into the IT solutions roadmap
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging practices in product management, agile delivery, and digital transformation
  • Transform the ServiceNow environment into a robust, scalable enterprise platform
  • Spearhead the creation and governance of a Center of Excellence for SDLC tooling
  • Establish the strategic vision for the Power BI platform
  • Lead the integration and enablement of Generative AI within Power BI
  • Develop comprehensive training and user enablement programs
  • Lead governance processes for IT solutions and platforms
  • Implement and promote industry standards and frameworks
  • Manage and empower cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize IT solutions usage
  • Provide executive-level reporting and insights on tool performance and ROI
  • Oversee the selection, deployment, and continuous improvement of project and portfolio management tools
  • Drive change management and adoption initiatives

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree and 10+ project management experience, or Graduate degree and 8-10 years experience in IT Tools management or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership in the management of IT tools and cross-functional teams
  • Proven expertise in IT Tools Management
  • Strategic IT roadmap development and execution
  • Technology enablement and digital transformation leadership
  • AI integration and advanced analytics implementation
  • IT solution lifecycle management (selection, deployment, optimization)
  • ServiceNow platform governance and module management (ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, IRM, TPSRM, HRSD)
  • SDLC tooling expertise (Azure DevOps, Jira, Agile, Product Management)
  • Data governance, quality, and compliance (ISO, GDPR, industry standards)
  • Power BI platform management and AI-powered reporting
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation
