Job Description
Director of Engineering at Accelerant leading full stack teams and managing AI & Data Science projects in product development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI & Data Science product development projects
- Champion adoption of AI tools and practices
- Own end to end project delivery
- Invest in team members and promote growth
- Serve as the Agile champion for the team
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years as an engineering manager
- Strong experience consuming external APIs
- Proficiency in GenAI technologies
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts
- Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake
- Experience with TypeScript, Svelte, Node.js/Nest.js, AWS, Infrastructure as Code
