Job Description

Director of Strategic Accounts at Scratch Financial driving enterprise-level revenue growth. Expanding adoption of Scratch Checkout while managing executive-level relationships and new initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Scratch Checkout and future strategic products
  • Deepen adoption across large existing Scratch Pay partners
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships within high-value accounts
  • Conduct business reviews, performance analyses, and ROI discussions
  • Act as the commercial leader for new strategic initiatives like Scratch Rebates
  • Partner with Product to influence feature development
  • Build sales enablement materials and scalable go-to-market strategies

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in tech (e.g., fintech, payments, SaaS)
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Deep experience selling into multi-location or enterprise organizations
  • Strong executive presence
  • Expertise in consultative, data-driven selling
  • Experience managing large, high-value accounts
  • Demonstrated success launching or commercializing new products.
