Job Description
Oncology Medical lead providing therapeutic insights for Pfizer's Oncology portfolio. Collaborating with healthcare decision makers to enhance patient care through evidence-based strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic area and product expertise for the Pfizer Oncology portfolio to integrated customers
- Educate customers on the clinical and economic impact of Pfizer Oncology medicines
- Inform customer decision-making and improve population health through data analyses and presentations
- Serve as the Oncology Medical lead for assigned customers
- Develop and deliver pharmacoeconomic insights and HIT-enabled initiatives
- Lead customer-specific medical strategies and collaborations
Requirements:
- PharmD /PhD / Terminal degree with 7+ years of experience OR Masters degree with 8+ years of experience
- Experience in clinical, formulary, and/or other health-system management experience
- Managed Care, pharmaceutical industry, health-system operations, and/or Quality Improvement
- Data Analytics and/or HEOR activities
- Experience communicating large amounts of scientific information clearly and concisely
- Experience influencing and collaborating with peers to create business impact
- Ability to travel, including overnight for customer, industry, and professional society meetings
