Job Description
Managing Director in Leadership Advisory Services for a talent management consultancy focused on modern leadership. Delivering executive assessment and coaching solutions in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class executive assessment and coaching solutions to leaders in iconic organizations.
- Support aligned executive search teams in embedding the latest assessment and coaching solutions for clients.
- Provide expertise to shape impactful solutions for new and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant academic field (e.g., I/O Psychology, Clinical Psychology)
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICF accreditation for coaching; certification in assessment tools/psychometrics)
- Experience in high-growth consulting and/or professional services environments
- Assessment and coaching of mid- to senior-level executives
- Account/client management, including leading the successful implementation of programs
- Building, maintaining, and expanding senior client relationships (including C-suite)
- Cross-industry experience (minimum of two industries)
