Job Description

Director of Account Strategy leading the Account Management function at Victorious. Responsible for retention and growth across clients, ensuring customer goals and service delivery alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, structure, and standards for the Account Management function
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers by setting clear expectations
  • Establish and refine scalable, repeatable processes
  • Oversee customer health across the full Account Management portfolio
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex customer situations
  • Provide strategic oversight for high-value accounts when needed
  • Define and improve how Account Managers collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Set and uphold standards for communication
  • Surface team-wide blockers, capacity issues, and process inefficiencies
  • Lead team rituals and management practices

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
  • Experience managing a team
  • SEO knowledge preferred
