Job Description
Director of Product Lifecycle Management at Baylor Genetics leading strategic management of clinical test portfolio. Overseeing product lifecycle from intake to retirement while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead lifecycle management for an assigned portfolio of clinical genetic tests.
- Apply and continuously improve the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework.
- Develop and maintain portfolio-level roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy.
- Monitor product performance using defined KPIs.
- Serve as the primary cross-functional product leader for a designated on-market portfolio of products.
- Ensure lifecycle changes are coordinated across downstream systems.
- Lead formal product change control processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of the test menu and product documentation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, life sciences, or a related field required
- 8+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, or portfolio management
- Experience managing complex, regulated product portfolios
- Proven people leadership experience
- Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
