Job Description
Director, Projects & Programs managing enterprise-level projects at Acelero Learning. Leading operational efforts in public-sector partnerships and innovative collaborative systems.
Responsibilities:
- Anchor the Learning & Impact Team's operational rhythm—driving clarity, coordination, and execution across high-priority initiatives
- Manage enterprise-level projects, support senior leaders, and build standardized systems that help teams work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively
- Play a key role in integrating AI-enabled tools and continuous improvement practices to maximize impact across the organization
Requirements:
- A proven track record of closing deals with state, regional, or local government entities
- Deep understanding of public-sector procurement, contracting, and legislative cycles
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior government leaders and stakeholders
- Exceptional writing ability to support proposals, grants, and procurement submissions
- Experience navigating non-RFP pathways such as sole source or contract expansions
- Comfort collaborating across finance, legal, and implementation teams
- Willingness to travel regularly to support partnership development
