Job Description
Director leading global semiconductor supply chain strategy for SiTime’s MEMS precision timing products. Modernizing systems, optimizing suppliers, and building resilient networks for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead global semiconductor supply chain strategy during a pivotal growth phase
- Transform supply chain infrastructure to support an expanding customer base
- Work directly with the executive team to build resilient, agile supply networks
- Design and implement a supply chain roadmap supporting growth targets and the technology roadmap
- Modernize supply chain systems through advanced analytics and automation
- Lead transformation initiatives improving flexibility, reliability, and cost structure
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance
- Optimize the global supplier network
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to protect business continuity
- Build a high-performance team
