Job Description
Staff Infor M3 consultant configuring supply-chain modules for a global digital product engineering company. Supporting implementations, integrations, testing, training, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules including Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes
- Conduct user training
- Prepare process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials
- Participate in implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform business process analysis, user support, issue resolution, and solution configuration
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Infor M3 functional consulting
- Expert knowledge of Infor M3 Supply Chain module
- Strong knowledge of Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing processes
- Experience in Infor M3 configuration, troubleshooting, and business process mapping
- Good understanding of ION workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting
- Experience in UAT, end-user training, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: Experience with Infor CloudSuite/M3 Cloud
- Preferred: Exposure to data migration, EDI, and implementation projects
- Preferred: Infor M3 functional certifications in Procurement, Warehousing, or Supply Chain
