Job Description
Director, SEO responsible for client management and leadership at Tinuiti, the largest independent marketing agency in the U.S. Leading SEO strategical alignment and client education.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic alignment of account team recommendations with client objectives.
- Foster trust with senior client stakeholders, while partnering with internal leadership to address escalations.
- Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions to ensure seamless experiences.
- Responsible for providing timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks.
- Collaborate closely with Pod Leader and Directors throughout the pod to achieve financial targets and objectives.
- Stay at the forefront of industry, consumer, platform, and relevant vertical trends.
- Equip clients with the knowledge to speak about strategic directions and decisions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in SEO.
- Management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
