Job Description

Director, SEO responsible for client management and leadership at Tinuiti, the largest independent marketing agency in the U.S. Leading SEO strategical alignment and client education.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic alignment of account team recommendations with client objectives.
  • Foster trust with senior client stakeholders, while partnering with internal leadership to address escalations.
  • Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Responsible for providing timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with Pod Leader and Directors throughout the pod to achieve financial targets and objectives.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry, consumer, platform, and relevant vertical trends.
  • Equip clients with the knowledge to speak about strategic directions and decisions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in SEO.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
  • Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
