Job Description
Editor-in-Chief overseeing editorial engine and AI-native production at Jerry.ai. Leading content strategy and maintaining high standards of YMYL finance content across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own Jerry's editorial engine across jerry.ai and external platforms
- Design and run the brief → AI draft → human edit → QA → publish workflow
- Build pages and clusters that rank on Google
- Set and enforce Jerry's voice and style guide across writers, freelancers, and AI output
- Build the trust infrastructure YMYL finance content requires
Requirements:
- 7+ years in content and editorial roles
- 3+ years leading an SEO-driven content program
- A measurable organic growth result
- Hands-on command of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Fluency in GSC, Semrush or Ahrefs, and GA4
- Experience managing at least one writer and/or freelance bench
- A portfolio that demonstrates voice, editorial judgment, and accuracy
