Job Description
Lead the development and execution of wealth strategies at Mariner. Enhance wealth management offerings through collaboration with advisors and training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and implementation of sophisticated wealth strategies and advanced planning solutions
- Collaborate closely with advisors and executive leadership to enhance Mariner’s holistic wealth management platform
- Serve as the subject matter expert in advanced wealth planning
- Partner with advisors to design, implement, and monitor customized advanced planning strategies
- Develop and oversee scalable training and professional development programs focused on advanced planning
- Provide actionable recommendations and support for best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Series 65 or CFP, or other similar industry designations
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, advanced planning, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, tax strategies, or similar advanced planning areas
- Exceptional communication, consultation, and presentation skills
