Job Description
Dispatcher coordinating technician schedules and customer communications for Austin plumbing and HVAC company. Managing priorities, dispatching crews, and supporting service performance.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate daily schedules based on call priority and technician ability
- Dispatch and debrief technicians
- Monitor the performance of service technicians
- Communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner
- Understand sales goals and help hold the team accountable
- Quickly adjust schedules as priorities change throughout the day
Requirements:
- ServiceTitan experience is required
- Experience in the home service industry is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ingenuity and resourcefulness
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to provide a 5-star customer experience
- Empathetic and upbeat attitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Driven for excellence
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably dispatching technicians
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Strong ability to multitask and switch priorities quickly
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
