Job Description
District Manager guiding a sales team within Snowflake's Financial Services sector. Recruiting top talent and influencing market strategies for industry-leading solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build successful sales professionals into high-performing revenue drivers for Snowflake
- Build cross-functional relationships with internal and external support teams & technical partners
- Influence go-to-market strategy for top tier financial services companies.
- Develop a team culture around Snowflake Core Values
- Sell an industry changing and market defining product
Requirements:
- BA/BS required
- 15+ years selling Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software
- 10+ years managing a team of sales teams
- Understand how to sell business value, using a repeatable process
- Ability to work with sales engineering managers and customers to inventory existing software state.
- Sold to CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Engineering, or Data Science.
