Job Description
Remote Dutch E-Commerce Consultant supporting customers by phone, chat, and email for a global brand. Resolving issues, updating customer systems, and improving service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email
- Solve problems and create positive customer experiences
- Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards
- Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems
- Work closely with the team to improve service
- Represent a global brand
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch
- Good English
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Problem-solving, can-do mindset
- Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
- Patience, empathy and positive attitude
- Availability to work in shifts
- Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or Greek work permit)
- CV must be sent in English
- Resident of a country within the European Union
